To make the area a thriving part of Gloucester City through the Single Regeneration Scheme.

The Company has put in place structures and assets, which will enable community based regeneration activity to continue long into the future.

Investments made in local projects such as The St James Trading Estate, other properties and businesses continue to generate profits, which are covenanted back into the local community, thereby assisting the Barton, Tredworth and Eastgate Community Trust with community based regeneration.

BTD Ltd also continues to support the local community and businesses.  At present the GLOBES project based at the Barton Enterprise Centre offers advice and support to social enterprises, start up and existing businesses.

In addition the Company has Business Premises available for rent at affordable terms and conditions.
